This article contains information on how to top up a Xendit Virtual Account from BCA accounts.
1. Open the portal link https://vpn.klikbca.com/
2. Use your KlikBCA Bisnis login details to log in
Username: CorporateID+UserID (ex: SpenmoMaker01)
Password: pin from KeyBCA token
3. Select KlikBCA Bisnis
4. Login to KlikBCA Business
Fill in the CorporateID and UserID field with your details. Fill in the KeyBCA Response field with PIN from your KeyBCA (a new PIN).
5. Select Funds Transfer -> Transfer List -> Add -> To Domestic Bank Account
6. You will be presented with a form to add a domestic bank to your Transfer List. Please fill in the form as instructed below:
- Unique name: Add a name for quick access in the future (Example: Spenmo TopUp BNI)
- Bank: type the bank name
- BNI = PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO)
- BRI = PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (PERSERO)
- Mandiri = PT. BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK
- City: Jakarta
- Account Number: the virtual account number reflected in your dashboard Top Up page
- Account Number: Spenmo
Beneficiary Category: select Company
After you fill in the form, click Continue. Confirm that the data in the form is correct and click Submit.
7. Go to Funds Transfer > Make Transfer > To Domestic Bank
8. Fill in the fields with these information:
- Select source account (From Account)
- Select beneficiary account (To Account), you can search with registered unique name
- Input amount of transfer
- Select Transaction Service depending on the amount:
- BI FAST: IDR 10,000 to 250,000,000 (Sent instantly)
- Online: IDR 10,000 ~ 50,000,000 (Sent instantly)
- LLG: IDR 1 ~ 1,000,000,000 (transfers made after 13.25 WIB will be processed the next working day)
- RTGS: IDR 500,000,000 ~ unlimited (transfers made after 13.25 WIB will be processed the next working day)
- Remark: Spenmo Top-up
- Transfer Type: Immediate Transfer
Click Continue and Save the form.
9. Go to the Transaction Authorizations tab. Select the transaction you just made and then click Approve,
10. Follow the step for Authorization. Input the PIN from your KeyBCA in the provided field. Click Submit to authorize the transaction.
The screen will show if the transaction is Successful, in Process or Failed. Click Save to get your transfer receipt.
Things to note:
Please only top up your dashboard from your corporate bank account of the same entity name as your registered Spenmo account. For sole proprietorships without a corporate account, you can top up from the business owners’ bank account.
