Bulk Actions
Do you have a lot of similar transactions? Are you spending a lot of time choosing a Chart of Account (CoA) for each transaction?
On the Accounting page, you have the ability to bulk edit transactions. The bulk editing feature allows you to edit Category, Tax, and Transaction Tags (Xero users) for many transactions with only a few simple steps.
You can do it by following the steps below.

Apply suitable filters to choose only relevant transactions, if needed.
- Click the checkbox on the left to select the transactions you want to edit.
- Click on the 3 dots button at the bottom right side of the screen and select the field you want to edit.

Select the Category, Tax, or Tags options you want to apply for all selected transactions and it will be applied automatically.
Bulk Sending Reminder Emails
Based on your company's policy as configured in the Transaction Settings, transactions might require receipts or attachments.
If you find that some transactions are still missing attachments, you can now send a targeted email to remind employees.
You can do it by following the steps below.
- Apply filters to choose only transactions with missing attachments or receipts, if needed.
- Click on the checkbox to select the transactions you want to send reminder emails. Make sure you select the transactions with missing attachments or receipts by seeing the icon colored in grey.
- Click on the 3 dots button at the left side bottom screen and select ‘Send Reminder Emails’.
- On the pop-up, we will inform you again about the number of employees who will receive this email. You can click ‘Send Reminder Emails’ and the email will be sent to the employees.
