This article will serve as a guide on how to approve cash reimbursement requests.
1. Log in to your Spenmo dashboard. On the sidebar, click on ‘Approvals’.
2. On the Approvals page, select the ‘Reimbursement’ tab to view all the cash reimbursement requests.
3. In the Reimbursement tab, there will be two tabs which are ‘Pending Approval’ and ‘Ready for Payment’. You can click on both tabs to pay the reimbursement.
4a. If you click the reimbursement request in ‘Pending Approval’ tab, you will see ‘Approve & Pay Immediately’ button in green.
If the button appeared in grey as below, you will need to inform employee to set up their PayNow account first before approving and paying this reimbursement using this button.
4b. If you click the ‘Ready for Payment’ tab, you will see ‘Pay Immediately’ button on the right side of the reimbursement request or you can also see ‘Pay Immediately’ button on the transaction details.
5. After you click on the ‘Pay Immediately’ button, the money will be sent from the Spenmo dashboard to the requester’s PayNow account. The amount will be deducted from the team limit that requester requested the reimbursement from.
