How to Remove a Budget Member from a Budget 

Role: ✔ Admin, ✔ Budget Owner, ✖ Accountant, ✖ Bookkeeper, ✖ Employee

1. Navigate to the ‘Budget’ page on the sidebar.
   
   
   
2. On the ‘Budgets’ page, click into a budget to enter the ‘Budget Profile’ page.
   
   
   
   
3. Under ‘Members’, choose the member you want to remove and click on the three dots in the “Action” column on their profile row.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click ‘Remove’
   
   
   
   
   
5. You will be brought to a pop-up to confirm the removal. To proceed, type ‘REMOVE’ on the confirmation modal and click ‘Confirm’.
   
   
   
   
6. The budget member will be removed successfully, and you will be redirected back to the ‘Budget Profile’ page.
   
   

In the following scenarios, Admin/Budget Owners cannot remove members: 

1. If there won't be a budget owner in the budget after removing a member. 
2. If the member won’t be in any budgets after being removed from a budget.
3. If the member has cards in the budget, including both active and disabled cards.
