Assign Bills to Payment Run
1. On the Spenmo dashboard, go to the sidebar and click on the ‘Bills’ page.
2. Upon clicking on ‘Bills’, you will land on the ‘Submitted Bills’ tab, where the default payment run view is enabled.
Note: You can turn off the Payment Run view and return to the table list view.
3. You can view ‘Unscheduled’ bills. You can select one or more bills click the ‘Assign’ button, and select the payment run date to schedule the selected bills
3.1 You can also drag and drop a bill to and from Unscheduled or Upcoming Payment Run
Note: You can view the history of previous payment runs by scrolling left from the Unscheduled bills.
3.2 You can click ‘Export’ to download the bill information associated with the payment run.
4. On mouse hovering the Payment Run card, you can sort each Card by the due date, Amount (High to Low), or Recipient (A to Z).
Initiate and Make Payment for Payment Runs
1. On the Payment run view, select the Approved bills and click ‘Pay Selected Bills’ to initiate the payment. If there are bills in Overlimit status, then revise the budget spending limit to initiate the payment. If there are pending approvals, make sure these bills are approved before initiating the payment for the payment run.
Note: The bills not selected in the payment run for initiating payment will be automatically moved to Unscheduled bills. You need to assign the payment run for those bills.
2. Once you click ‘Pay Selected Bills’, you will be directed to the ‘Payment’ page. On this page, you will see the bills selected for making payment for the payment run.
2.1 You can click ‘Back’ to go to the Payment Run view page and update the selection of the bills for the payment run
3. You can view the ‘Make Payment’ button visible when there is sufficient balance to make the payment for the selected bills in a Payment Run. Once you click ‘Make Payment’, you are redirected to the Payment Run view page, and the Payment Run status will be ‘Sending Payment’
Note: The Payment run status will be changed to Paid or Reversed when the last bill in the payment run status is changed to Paid or Reversed.
3.1 When there is no sufficient balance to make a batch payment, you can view the amount required to top up for making the payment. For the SGD dashboard, you can select either PayNow or Bank Transfer to top up the money needed to make the payment
3.2 Once you have topped up the amount needed if the top-up amount is not reflected instantaneously, you can click to refresh the Spenmo Wallet Balance. You can click ‘Auto-Pay on Fund Arrival’ if the amount is still not reflected. Once you click ‘Auto-Pay on Fund Arrival’ you will be redirected to the Payment run view, and the Payment Run status will be ‘Waiting for Funds’
Note: Email notification is sent to all admins and accountants when the payment is initiated for the payment run, and its status is updated until the payment run status is changed to Paid or Reversed.
Making Ad Hoc Payment
1. Click on Approved bills to view the bill detail information on the Payment run view. You can click ‘Pay Immediately’ to initiate the payment.
Note: You can view the ‘Pay Immediately’ button only for the bills which are in approved status and the Payment Run set-up is completed.
2. Once you click Pay Immediately, you are redirected to the Pay Immediately page.
3. You can view the ‘Make Payment’ button visible when there is sufficient balance to make the payment for the selected bills in a Payment Run. Once you click ‘Make Payment’, you are redirected to the Payment Run view page, and the bill will be displayed under the Ad-hoc Payment card. Track the status of the bills.
Note: All bills where the payment is made out of the Payment Run cycle will be displayed under the Ad-hoc Payment card.
3.1 When there is no sufficient balance to make a payment in a batch, you can view the amount required to top up for making the payment. For SGD dashboard, you can select either PayNow or Bank Transfer to top up the money needed to make the payment

Once you click ‘Auto-Pay on Fund Arrival’, you will be redirected to the Payment run view, and the Payment Run status will be ‘Waiting for Funds’
