When can I reach the Spenmo team for assistance?
Our team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM Singapore Time (SGT). We're taking a break on weekends and public holidays to recharge and come back even more awesome!
What if I have an urgent payment that needs to be processed?
No worries! Just make sure to submit and approve your payment before 6 PM during our operating hours. Any payments submitted after 6 PM will be processed on the next working day. Planning ahead helps keep everything running smoothly.
Can I still get in touch with you outside of working hours?
Absolutely! You can drop us a line anytime through our support email at support@spenmo.com or use the live chat button on your dashboard. Do keep in mind, though, that responses might take a bit longer outside our regular hours. But rest assured, we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can!
