Before making Cash Reimbursement requests, please ensure that you have linked your bank account to your Spenmo account. You can do so via the Spenmo Dashboard or the Mobile App.

Once your bank account is linked, follow the steps below to start making Cash Reimbursement requests.
1. Mobile App
To make Cash Reimbursement requests via the Spenmo app, please follow these steps:
1. On your Spenmo app, click on the 3 stripe icon.
2. Choose 'Cash Reimbursements'.
3. The apps will take you to the 'Camera' screen. This is to make sure that you have a picture/image attached as proof to request Cash Reimbursement. Once finished, click 'Done'.
There are two options available:
- Camera (take a picture of the receipt)
- Photos (upload the picture of the receipt)
4. Complete the details on each available field.
5. You can add a message (optional). Please note that one picture/image (receipt) is compulsory to be added to your Cash Reimbursement request. Once all the necessary fields are filled in, you can click 'Confirm'.
To check the status of your request:
6. Click the 3 stripe icon on your upper left-side.
7. Select 'Requests'.
8. Your submitted request is shown under the 'Sent Request' tab.
2. Spenmo Dashboard
To make Cash Reimbursement requests via Spenmo Dashboard, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your dashboard and click 'Cash Reimbursement'.
2. Key in all necessary information to the available fields. PIease note that a receipt is compulsory to be added to your Cash Reimbursement request.
To check the status of your request:
3. Go to your left-side and click on the icon, and click on 'Request'.
4. Your request will be under 'Sent Requests'.
Note:
Cash Reimbursement requests sent by the employees within your team/organisation can only be approved by users who have Admin access or Team Manager clearance. If you are an Admin or Team Manager, please refer to the steps on how to do that here.
