This article will serve as a guide on how to top up your Singaporean-based SGD account.
Method 1: Bank Transfer
1. Hover over the icon on the top left of your dashboard, and select 'Top Up'.
2. On the top up page, choose 'Bank Transfer'. Input the bank details shown on the screen and make a top up with your chosen amount.
Kindly Top up via FAST for funds to reflect instantly. Top Ups made via GIRO or other methods may experience some delay.
3. The account you see is a static virtual account, this means that you can use the same account details for every top up.
4. Once complete, your funds will be reflected in your dashboard.
Method 2: PayNow
1. On the top-up page, choose 'PayNow'. Enter the top up amount and select 'Top up now'.
2. A QR code will be generated. Use your banking app to scan the QR code and make the payment.
3. Once the payment has been made, select 'I Have Completed Top Up'.
4. Once complete, your funds will be reflected in your dashboard.
* Do note that if you're transferring more than $5000 via PayNow, the funds may take time to reflect on your dashboard. So for top ups more than $5000, please use FAST transfer.
Things to note:
Please only top up your dashboard from your corporate bank account of the same entity name as your registered Spenmo account. For sole proprietorships without a corporate account, you can top up from the business owners’ bank account.
