This article will serve as a guide on how to top up your Indonesian-based IDR account.
1. First, you’ll need to access the 'Top Up' page on your Dashboard. Hover over the ⌂ icon on the top left of your screen, and select 'Top Up'.
2. On the top up page, you will have the option to choose between three Indonesia (IDR) bank accounts (virtual accounts) to do the top-up to:
a. BNI
b. Mandiri
c. BRI
Top up any amount to any of the bank accounts above. As we are using virtual accounts for the top-up, the top-up will reflect instantly into your account.
Things to note:
Please only top up your dashboard from your corporate bank account of the same entity name as your registered Spenmo account. For sole proprietorships without a corporate account, you can top up from the business owners’ bank account.
