This article serves as a guide on how to update your mobile number and address via the Spenmo app. If you haven't downloaded the app, you can get it here:
1. To Update Mobile Number
1. Select the 3 stripes icon on the top left corner of the homepage.
2. Click on the 'Edit Profile' button located on the right side of your account name.
3. Tap on the '(+) icon' to select the country code and key in your mobile number on the available field.
4. Scroll down and press down the 'Update Now' button to save the changes.
You will be prompted to the OTP page afterward, please enter the 4-digits code sent to your mobile number to confirm the changes.
2. To Update Address
1. Follow the above steps and on the 'Edit Profile' page, scroll down to see 'Residential Address'. Enter all necessary address details on each field.
2. Scroll down and press down the 'Update Now' button to save the changes.
You will be prompted to the OTP page afterward, please enter the 4-digits code sent to your mobile number to confirm the changes.
Note:
If you are not able to receive an OTP to confirm the changes, please make sure that you have the most updated version of the Spenmo app and retry.
