Ready to keep your details up-to-date? This guide walks you through the simple steps to update your mobile number and address right from the Spenmo app. If you haven't grabbed the app yet, no worries! You can download it right here:
1. To Update Mobile Number
Start by opening the app on your device. Look for the menu icon, it's usually located in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Once you've found the menu icon, tap on it. This will open a list of options. Look for "Edit Profile" and tap on it to continue.
In the "Edit Profile" section, you'll see a place to update your mobile number. Tap on the '+' icon next to the field to choose your country code. After that, enter your new mobile number into the available field.
After typing in your new number, an "Update Now" button will appear automatically. Tap on it to proceed!
You will be prompted to the OTP page afterward, please enter the 4-digits code sent to your mobile number to confirm the changes. And there you have it!
2. To Update Address
Follow the above steps and on the 'Edit Profile' page, scroll down to see 'Residential Address'. Enter all necessary address details on each field.
After entering address details, an "Update Now" button will appear automatically. Tap on it to proceed!
You will be prompted to the OTP page afterward, please enter the 4-digits code sent to your mobile number to confirm the changes. And there you have it! Piece of cake, isn't it?
Note:
If you are not able to receive an OTP to confirm the changes, please make sure that you have the most updated version of the Spenmo app and retry.
