In Spenmo's dashboard, all user accounts are assigned a role. Each of these roles comes with different privileges.
You could see the role assigned to your account on the top left corner of your dashboard.
There are currently 5 types of roles:
- Admins have access to all functions including card management, viewing all company transactions and balance, syncing transactions on Spenmo with accounting software, creating bills, approvals, and managing user access.
- Accountant has similar permissions as Admin but limited card access and user management.
- Auditor can view all account and transaction information, but cannot edit or approve anything.
- Bookkeepers can have access to cards, create bills, set sync up and request for reimbursement.
- Employees have access to cards and to make requests for reimbursement.
Other than that, Admins, Bookkeepers, and Employees can act as a Budget Manager. A budget manager is given more privileges in accessing control in their respective budgets.
