Resetting Your Password on Desktop

Locate and click on ‘Settings’ in the sidebar of your desktop screen.

Navigate to the ‘Personal’ section within Settings.

Enter your old password, followed by your new password. Confirm your new password by retyping it on the bottom text field.

Click on “Save Changes” to complete the process.

Congratulations! You have successfully changed your password.

How to Reset Your Spenmo Password (Mobile)

Tap on the menu icon located at the bottom right corner.

Select ‘Settings’ from the menu options.

Look for and tap on ‘Change Password’.

Enter your old password, followed by your new password. Confirm your new password by retyping it on the bottom text field.

Click on “Continue” to complete the process.
