The Pending Actions section of the dashboard allows you to quickly manage incoming actionable tasks, which are shown on task cards. The task cards are located on the bottom right part of the dashboard.
The type of tasks shown on your Pending Actions section depends on your role on Spenmo. This article will show the different types of tasks shown on Pending Actions and which roles will have access to them.
1. Pending Bill Payment Transactions
Role: ✔ Admin
This task card shows you approved Bill Payments that cannot be processed due to insufficient company balance. Clicking on the task card would bring you to the ‘To Approve’ table on the ‘Bills Transactions’ tab under the ‘Transactions’ page.
1a. Top Up Company Balance
Role: ✔ Admin
Admins could top up the company balance by clicking the Top Up button on the pending Bill Payment transaction card. Clicking the button would take you to the top-up page.
2. Bill Payment Requests
Role: ✔ Admin, ✔ Accountant, ✔ Bookkeeper, ✔ Team Manager
You could see the amount of Bill Payment requests on this task card. Clicking the card would show you the ‘To Approve’ table on the ‘Bills Transactions’ tab under the ‘Transactions’ page.
3. Reimbursement Requests
Role: ✔ Admin, ✔ Accountant, ✔ Employee (Team Managers only), ✔ Bookkeeper (Team Managers only)
You could see the amount of reimbursement requests waiting for your approval on this task card. Clicking on the task card will take you to the Reimbursement & Transfers page.
4. Fund Transfer Requests
Role: ✔ Admin, ✔ Team Manager
You could see the amount of Fund Transfer requests waiting for your approval on this task card. Clicking on the task card will take you to the Reimbursement & Transfers page
